Truffles are a natural, seasonal product, and we cannot guarantee how many we will find on each Truffle tour.
We endeavour to do our best to ensure that one member from each booking party has the opportunity to dig up a truffle, but this is something we cannot guarantee.
If time permits and truffles are abundant, then more digging opportunities may be facilitated.

Please be mindful of this with your booking and with your expectations on the day of your truffle hunting.
Truffles harvested on the day of tour are incorporated into the menu served to visitors on their tour.
However, if desired, visitors are welcome to purchase their harvested truffle on the day, at the current retail rate.

Summer truffle season typically runs from early December to late May and winter truffle season typically runs from early June to mid-September. Naturally, Mother Nature controls the seasons and we cannot guarantee fresh truffles will be available throughout these periods.

*Please note that menu changes may result if truffle season is delayed, or ends sooner than expected; truffle pizza is not available when fresh truffles are out-of-season. (ie truffle pizza may change to truffle toasted sandwiches). We advise that fresh frozen truffle is used for the Out-of-Season menu.
