1. Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase.

2. Once purchased, vouchers can be redeemed towards any Truffle Farm (Tasmania) tour, and any surplus balance may be used towards product purchases on the day of the tour.

3. Alternatively, any remaining balance on a gift voucher can be rolled over and can be used for future bookings within the validity period.

4. Recipients may use more than one gift voucher towards a single tour booking.

5. If your voucher does not cover the full tour cost, you may pay the remaining balance with another payment method.  

6. Voucher recipients can select a tour and date at a time convenient to them, within the validity period.  Voucher codes can be applied toward payment during the booking process.

7. Gift Vouchers are a one-time purchase and cannot be reloaded or topped up.

8. If you would like to know the balance available on your gift voucher, please get in touch with us, and provide us with the voucher code.

9. Gift voucher purchases are final and not refundable, except for change-of-mind within 7 days of purchase. (see below)


The Truffle Farm will always honour your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If you have purchased Gift Voucher from The Truffle Farm and you have a change of mind, you can request a refund of the Gift Voucher within 7 days of the purchase date.

Conditions of a Change-of-Mind Refund:

1. Change-of-mind refunds are only permitted for valid vouchers that have not yet been redeemed.

2. Once you have requested a booking online, your voucher cannot be cancelled and is not refundable for a change-of-mind.

3. The refund will be processed back to the purchaser only, and by the same method in which it was paid for originally.

After the elapse of 7 days from the purchase date, no refunds will be granted for ‘Change-of-Mind’.
