Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase.
Gift vouchers may be redeemed towards any Truffle Farm tour. Any remaining balance may be used towards product purchases on the day of the tour or retained for future tour bookings within the voucher's validity period.
Multiple gift vouchers may be used towards a single tour booking.
Where the voucher value does not cover the full cost of a tour, the difference may be paid using another accepted payment method.
Tour bookings are subject to availability and the applicable tour Terms and Conditions. Voucher codes may be entered during the online booking process.
Gift vouchers cannot be reloaded or topped up.
Voucher holders may contact The Truffle Farm to check their remaining balance by providing their voucher code.
Refunds
Gift vouchers are not refundable for change of mind.
