Visitors are permitted to cancel their tour booking up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour date. The full cancellation policy can be found on the website here.

Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour date will incur a 50% cancellation fee to cover pre-arranged catering and staffing costs.

As a small business, your understanding and support are greatly appreciated.

Please note that tours operate with a minimum number of adult guests to ensure sustainability.  In the unlikely event that minimum numbers are not reached, scheduled tours may be rescheduled or cancelled.  In the event of a cancellation by The Truffle Farm, visitors will receive a full refund.

Off-Season tours are limited to a maximum of 12 adult guests for guest comfort and safety in the plantation. This ensures a more intimate and memorable experience for all guests.

Please note that the farm operates on a timetable and keeps to schedule. Your tour will commence on time to maintain the scheduled finish time.

Regretfully, visitors arriving late for any reason, may receive a reduced offering in these circumstances. Visitors are requested to advise the farm of any potential delays.

Strict biosecurity protocols are in place on the farm and visitors will be required to wear disposable shoe coverings whilst in the Trufferie, during the hunting process.

These disposable coverings are best suited to flat, closed-in shoes.

Visitors will receive communication from the farm in the form of text messages (SMS, MMS, or WhatsApp) or emails, for operational purposes only and includes but is not limited to pre-tour directions, and a post-tour feedback opportunity.

Privacy is respected and visitor’s personal information will not be disclosed to any third parties.
