You are welcome to cancel your tour up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour time, and you will receive a full refund of your booking. Unfortunately, if you fail to provide cancellation notice 24 hours before your tour booking, you will be unable to obtain a full refund and 50% of the booking fee will be kept as a deposit to cover catering and staff costs.
